I’m going in as a sophomore, but I have never been to public school before (I was homeschooled through 9th grade)
Does this outfit sound okay for the first day?:
Purple plaid button up shirt, (it fits loosely) white lace scarf, light denim capris, and boat shoes.
Does it sound casual, or not quite? I want to look really good on the first day, but I don’t want to overdo it.

My first attempt must not have been specific enough, so I’m re-asking with a few more prompts. Specific garments and brand names are helpful whenever possible. Please try to answer all questions if you can.

1. How do I keep my head warm and dry while still wearing a helmet? Is it unsafe to put something on underneath my helmet? If so, can I put something on over it? My helmet is vented and has a visor.

2. Please suggest a waterproof garment for keeping my face and neck dry-ish and warm.

3. Is there such a thing as waterproof shoes? If so, list brands if possible. If not, suggest how I may keep my feet dry and warm. Brands are helpful.

4. I am assuming I will also wear a waterproof jacket, waterproof pants (perhaps Gortex, but can you suggest a cheaper-but-still-reliable brand?), and gloves. Specific brand suggestions are helpful.

5. Suggestions on where I can buy these things for cheaper (I already know I can look on E-bay).

Hey guys, so I was wondering..

Where do you buy waterproof sprays/waterproof paints that can be used on items such as leather, shoes (airwalk shoes?), bags, even clothes? I want to buy some boots for fall but lately its been raining a lot and I don’t want to ruin a new pair (I don’t really like rain boots…they look to shiny for footware). Also are there any waterproof bags that are under ? I have a hello kitty one but it’s way to kiddish for me….

I have fungus on both my big toes and next week we have to swim publicly for p.e and i am very self concious about my toe nail fungus…we are not allowed to wear band aids or water shoes…my last option is to my waterproof toe nails before swimming online, do you know where i can buy some artificial toenails that are for men? thanks in advance

Is faux leather waterproof? I want shoes to keep my feet dry on rainy days that I can wear any other day of the year… so I hope I can buy faux leather boots and wear them in the rain without them getting destroyed… is this possible? Or do I need to buy the waterproofing stuff?
