I’m traveling to London for a few days during mid Arril and I have no idea what to wear. Should i wear heavy? Wool? Or cotton and take a heavy jacket with me? Waterproof? Boot? Ballerina shoes? Light cardigans?

I’m going to Japan in February and March, and I’m spending a few days in Sapporo, I know it will be snowing, so I was wondering what kind of shoes I should be wearing.

I don’t want to buy snow boots because they are so expensive for such a short time.

I’ve been told that rain boots are not warm enough, and that Ugg boots are not waterproof, even with waterproofing spray, so what should I do? Can i rent snow boots in Sapporo?
