I am currently debating to get one of two pairs of shoes. The Sperry Top-Sider Authentics and the Macbeth Manchesters. I tried both of thek today and i liked both of them equally the Macbeths were one of the compfertable shoes I have ever tried on and I really liked the Sperrys because they were really compfertable and all of the reviews say that they are extremely compfertable aftrr they get broken in. The Sperrys were and the Macbeths were but i wouldnt mind paying more for thr boat shoes because they are kindoff a mix between a casual/street shoe and a dress shoe. So both mature at times and then cool shoes the next. And I kinda want to get a pair of shoes that aren’t skate shoes. Which is what i have forn for years. So the Sperrys will he the first for me. Plus i think they will last longer. But the Macbeths are probably a much cooler and stylish shoe. Please help! I dont know what to do.

I have a pair of Ugg boots, but the toes always get soaked when it snows, and then the color’s not the same when they dry. I don’t want to keep ruining my boots (they’re being waterproofed today, but until then) what other shoes are good for when it’s snowing?

girlfriend just bought some golf shoes. they have synthetic uppers. synthetic leather is not waterproof. I have cream for waterproofing leather shoes. will it work the same for synthetic leather, or is there a different product out there?

When I look at golf shoe specs, some indicate MIPS waterproof liner. Is MIPS a trademarked brand? From what company?

I have a pair of white leather Puma shoes that weren’t waterproofed, then they got wet and dried out a few times when I took them away on holidays. They kinda smell and I was wondering how to clean them? Can they go in the washing machine?? They cost alot so I’d rather not take a gamble, any tips would be appreciated!

I was wondering if it is going to ruin the shoes to spray them with waterproofer? They are white and i dont know if it will change the color of them or anything.

I am going snowshoeing and I have never gone before.

I’m guessing the snowshoes strap on to your shoes. Am I correct? If so, then what shoes do I wear? Ski/snowboard boots? Or would those be too stiff? I’m guessing something waterproof and with support.
Sorry – I should clarify: I’m guessing the snowshoes are worn in conjunction with my own shoes. What type of my own shoes do I need to wear with the snowshoes?

The sole has worn down very thin on my pair of sperry’s. I still want to keep them so I’d like to get them repaired or ideally a new sole. The leather looks to be sown in to the rubber sole. Is there anything that can be done?
