needs to be waterproof and comfortable
I have some black suede boots. I sprayed them with two coats of waterproofing spray (the type you buy in the shoe store). Will it be safe to wear them in the rain now or should I still try to avoid getting them wet?
Gonna be working as a dishwasher and the floors will be really wet and soapy where I work. How much do good waterproof shoes cost and what retail chain would be cheapest to buy from? Need to be at work by 5.59 tonight. Please aid me…….
my school is having a ski trip in two weeks and I just recently found out that we are going to do alot of snow playing, and snow boots are optional. I have no water proof shoes. I only have sneakers and leather boots, which the sellsperson said is water proof and can be worn in the rain. my mom is not really keen on the idea of buying waterproof shoes, since we spent big bucks on my other ski stuff. will wearing my sneakers be a bad idea? or vice versa for the leather boots?
I am having my 19th birthday party a week from tomorrow and i need ideas for the party. Mostly the menu. I have the invites made, most of the decorations bought, and an idea of how i want things set up. The party is sort of between dressy and casual, like sperry’s (boating shoes), white pants, and a polo is probably what i’ll wear. I am probably going to have submarine sandwiches as the main dish but i need fun/creative side dishes that sort of coordinate with the theme and are cheap and easy to make. Also, decoration ideas and party favors would be appreciated. The attendants will mostly be older people (family) and a few younger people and kids. I am also planning on making my cake so if you have any pics that would be MUCH appreciated!!
I have a rain boot which might be rubber, or some other waterproof material. Today it got a tear on its side, about four or five cm long. Is there a way to fix it without going out and buying shoe glue or rubber cement?
I’m looking for something that is very comfortable and gives good arch and heel support that i can hike, do moderate climbing in, are waterproof, and something that i can wear on a daily basis. I do plan these to be my everyday shoe so i’m not looking for something super tall. I was looking at something like the Merrell Winterra or something in that category. I’m also not looking to spend a fortune like the Winterra costs. I don’t really care much about the color or anything but i don’t want something that looks completely ugly and stupid either… Any suggestions from the hiking guru’s on here?
Hey, my name is Matt, I’m 16, and I’m going to be a Senior in high school this upcoming year. I was just wondering what shoes would look nice if I’m going for a more casual, laid-back, and stylish look. Thanks guys and girls. Any suggestions, comments, new links/websites, and thoughts are very welcome. Thanks again!
